If you want to build an online financial powerhouse, you have to make sure there’s sustainability, stability, strength, and energy in your business.

In order to do that, here are FOUR steps to consider as you’re drawing your path to profit.

1. You have to have the systems.

The ultimate goal is to chase a system that can grow with you and that it doesn't break every time you grow. Facts are really important because you need the whole truth. You need how you feel, how it is, and how it's going to be.

2. The Prep Phase: Personal reflection encourages purpose.

Oftentimes, the business just wants to decide what it wants to do. As a business owner, you're willing to let the business lead or drag you, instead of you constantly staying in the driver's seat of the business.

But you have to have that moment where you just actually stop and reflect on what you actually wanted this business to do for you. Is it lining up and is that purpose actually changing or evolving? Once you have the facts in place, you have to have the facts about yourself.

3. The Planning

The reason you have to have the systems and the prep is that you cannot plan without those things in place. You can't just create a plan out of thin air. Then you have to have a plan that says this is what you want and this is what the business needs to do in order to make that happen.

4. The Execution

This is the profit piece. You have to make the plan at periodic intervals but the profit piece is the weekly, monthly, bi-monthly doing that happens to move that plan forward.

The bottom line is that you just need to consistently show up and do the thing that you need to do to get you to the next level. Practice the tiny wins and not the constant big leap because the tiny wins are what's going to sustain you.
