Our Proven Process and Why Every Business Needs One

If you are struggling to scale your organization or you have a growing team and you need a manual that you don't have to create, EOS’ proven process may just be what you need.

The tools we have been using are just amazing in helping us lead, manage, recruit, and encourage people. And so, we hope it does the same for you.

What is a Proven Process?

The Proven Process is an Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) term, which is part of nailing down your marketing strategy on your vision traction organizer (VTO).

The proven process lays out a visual diagram of your client's journey to transformation. It's what you do to fulfill the thing you've promised and the steps that you need to go through to make that happen.

EOS forces you to focus on the 20% that drives 80% of the results. It also challenges you to put it into a visual diagram so people can see what you're moving them through. A 100-paged SOP just won’t cut it since no one is going to see it.

The 5 Stages of Our Proven Process at The Bottom Line

1. Discover

This is just a conversation where we start to explore partnership options. It starts with a free 20-minute discovery call to help you gain clarity around profit and tax. If everything goes well, we will send you a service proposal outlining the things we can do for you and how we’re going to do it.

2. Engage

This confirms the partnership package. Once the proposal has been sent, this is the stage where our clients approve it, pay, sign any engagements, and schedule their first meeting. They have a one-hour meet-and-greet with our onboarding team.

3. Onboard

We start to complete the partnership setup, and success is always in the setup. We have a 100-day onboarding process. It doesn't mean it takes 100 days to get the meat of the work done, but it means we're holding on to you closely to make sure we're covering everything and staying connected to you. We're literally putting the foundation for the relationship together,

4. Assess

This is where you establish your partnership goals in relation to your Xero books and our Profit First system. We do new client tax planning, which is a big piece because taxes are a process, not an event. They're just worked into your monthly routine accounting.

We also cover key dates and milestones for you and your business. Here, you're able to get the baseline of where you are and determine where you want to go. Then you can start putting plans in place to get there. And you can't do that until you have numbers because the best work is done when the books are done.

5. Journey

This is where we deliver our annual partnership commitments because we serve as your partner, your processor, and your protector.
